IN THE BEGINNING

Christos and Jeanne Marinakos head up a formidable team at their Bentley premises, with a combination of knowledge and expertise that has seen George’s grow into Perth’s premium souvlaki place over the past 20 years.

As the former head chef at Bouzoukia Restaurant in Northbridge, Christos is an aficionado of Greek cuisine, his kitchen skills perfectly complemented by Jeanne’s strong minded and savvy business acumen. Sharing the work ethic and passion of their parents, the Marinakos sons, Demetre and George, joined the business in the early 90’s, safeguarding the enduring family values and unique philosophy of George’s Kebabs for years to come.

That philosophy is grounded in the concept of hospitality, showing the utmost respect and consideration for the customer experience and satisfaction
